The Avon Breast Cancer Walk…In May of 2004 I began training for the AVON walk for Breast Cancer. The walk covers 26.2 miles over two days with an overnight camp out in a pup tent in the parking lot of a community college. Each participant must also raise $1,800.00 in donations….

A caring friend planned a benefit walk for a young woman who was diagnosed with lung cancer. The March for Markley walk raised funds to benefit this family and raise awareness about lung cancer.
