Fundraising Events are great ways to raise money for charity. These include auctions, dinners, and more.

Here are some of the advantages about events:

  • No door to door selling of products
  • Profit potential is high
  • Can appeal to a wide audience
  • Raise awareness for the cause
  • They can be lots of fun!

Event fundraisers can vary greatly in size. Large events take a great deal of volunteers and pre-planning. If you have never conducted an event fundraiser before, consider starting small.

You can still hold a great small event with good attendance and great fundraising possibilities. Since this site is designed for run/walk participants, I’ll be focusing on small events. Events that can be fun, and raise funds for your cause!
