		<description>These are great ideas on what to do before the event.  If those provisions weren&#039;t made beforehand though I think it&#039;s important to live up to any promises made to supporters.  If shirts are in short supply order more, if water stations at an event are short supply send a volunteer to get more.  

This could also be an opportunity to show sponsors (those logos on the back of the shirt) that their sponsorship went twice as far as they had thought it would.  The charity could also have a t-shirt pick up party / celebration reception.  This would give staff and board members the chance to visit with potential donors.</description>
